- Now that there is full time staff the Town Hall will be open all day Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM

The Town Hall is aware of the sulfur smell in the water. It is 100% safe and drinkable. The chlorine that is added to treat the water has not had enough time to aerate in the system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the system to cycle. We do sincerely apologize for any issues this may have caused; That being said, please keep in mind that this is just part of living in a small Town. The official 2022 election results have been certified and posted on the door of the Town Hall. Turn out was lower than expected at around 20%

The Town Hall has taken down its flags due to the high winds, they will be back up tomorrow May the 13th.

Senior banners have been taken down and are available at the Town Hall for pick-up.

Arapahoe County Sheriffs will be conducting a speed study in Deer Trail for the next several weeks

The Town Potluck has been scheduled for July 3rd at 4PM. The Town will provide meat and drinks. Residents are asked to bring a side dish or dessert. Dinner will be held at the Rodeo Grounds prior to the fireworks show.

The Motorcycle Rally and Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday August 20th. The last stop will be at the Elks Lodge In Deer Trail. For more information please go to UACED.COM and click 2022 concert/ motorcycle rally.

The Town Hall is aware of the sulfur smell in the water. Our maintenance supervisors have been testing the water and it is 100% safe to drink. Please keep in mind that the water tanks need time to aerate. Please allow up to 3 days for the smell to subside.

Please get your dogs licensed and registered with the Town Hall every January and February! The cost is $15 per dog per year.

The Town has transitioned to UB MAX billing software. Please use https://billpay.ubmaxonline.com to pay bills and check your account information.

The Town has increased non residential bulk water rates from $19.00 per 1000 gallons to $70 per 1000 gallons. These rates will take effect January 15th 2023.

The Board of trustees passed Ordinance 291 on December 15h 2022. This Ordinance implements a $10 late fee for any payment made more than 10 days after the date payment was due. This Ordinance went into effect January 1st 2023.
Meetings
The Town Halls next scheduled meeting is
February 21st 2023 at 5PM. Work sessions start at 4:30PM
Agendas are posted the Friday before any scheduled meeting and can be found at the following locations; online at townofdeertrail.colorado.gov, The Town Hall, The Post Office, Bijou Creek and both gas stations. We also welcome residents to come in person and pick an agenda up at the Town Hall.
