Call to Order
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail met in a regular session on Tuesday September 12th, 2023, at the Town Hall, 555 Second Ave Deer Trail, Colorado. Mayor Behrens called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Approval of the Agenda
Trustee Mounce moved; Trustee Rhodes seconded the motion to approve the agenda with the following changes: Add items H affordable housing, I turkey shoot and J recycled asphalt. Voting went as follows.

4. Approval of the Meeting Minutes

9A. Fall Clean Up
Mayor Behrens moved; Trustee Rhodes seconded the motion to set our fall cleanup date for Saturday September 30th with an alternate date of October 14th. We will be using SWIMS disposal and will purchase five roll offs. Voting went as follows.

9B. Town Clerk
Trustee Rhodes moved; Trustee Kettling seconded the motion to run an ad in the 1-70 Scout for two weeks for the open clerk's position. The current Town Clerk intends on leaving on December 14th, 2023. The voting went as follows.
