A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 1999 appropriation for the Conservation Trust Fund is hereby increased by $1,500.00 for the purpose of providing matching funds to a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado in order to install an underground sprinkling system, to plant trees and to install new playground equipment.
Approved June 6, 1999, and adopted this 7th day of September 1999.
