A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 1999 appropriation for the Conservation Trust Fund is hereby increased by $3,000.00 for the purpose of providing additional funds for the 1999 Summer Work Program to be used in association with grant monies received from the Community Policing Institute for purposes of beautifying Town parks and property.
