A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 1998 appropriation for the General Fund is hereby increased by $2,500.00 for the purpose deposit into a Liability Reserve escrow fund as provided by paragraph 8 of the proposed 1998 agreement.
