A resolution to exclude the Deer Trail Housing Authority Commissioners and the ordinance enforcement Committe Members from workers' compensation coverage for the 1999 insurance year.
Whereas, C.R.S. Section 8-40-202(1)(A)(1)(B) provides the Town of Deer Trail with an option to exclude from worker's compensation insurance coverage uncompensated elected or appointed officials, and
Whereas, the Deer Trail Board of Trustees deems it appropriate that the Deer Trail Housing Authority Commissioners, uncompensated appointed officials, and the Ordinance Enforcement Committee Members, uncompensated appointed officials, are hereby excluded from worker's compensation insurance coverage for the policy year 1999, and
Whereas, notification of this action will be given to the Housing Authority Commissioners and Ordinance Enforcement Committee Members by letter and notification to the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation will be given by the forwarded "Exclusion of Uncompensated Public Officials" statement and this Resolution.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Deer Trail Colorado Board of Trustees that the Deer Trail Housing Authority Commissioners and Ordinance Enforcement Committee Members be excluded from 1999 workers' compensation coverage.
