A resolution to appoint election judges for the 1998 regular election for the Deer Trail Board of Trustees.
Whereas, Pursuant to C.R.S. 31-10-401, the authority and responsibility to appoint judges of election may be delegated by the governing body to the clerk during municipal elections.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Deer Trail Colorado Town Board of Trustees:
Town Clerk and Election Official Jessica Stoumbaugh is hereby authorized by the Deer Trail Town Board of Trustees to appoint election judges for the 1998 regular election for the Town of Deer Trail.
