A resolution authorizing the mayor of Deer Trail to negotiate with Colorado Department of Health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer Lagoon Engineering study for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Whereas, the Board of Trustees has, by resolution, authorized Mayor Stanley R. Bell to negotiate with the Colorado Department of Health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer lagoon study.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
- That Mayor Stanley R. Bell is given authorization to negotiate with the Colorado Department of Health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer lagoon study.
