Resolution Number 92-04

A resolution authorizing the mayor of Deer Trail to negotiate with Colorado department of health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer Lagoon Engineering Study for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado.

Whereas, the Board of Trustees has, by resolution, authorized Mayor Russell D. Ness to negotiate with the Colorado Department of Health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer lagoon study.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado:

1. That Mayor Russell D. Ness is given authorization to negotiate with the Colorado Department of Health for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed sewer lagoon study.
