A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to dem expenses in excess amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado.
Whereas, the receipt of unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy. And,
Whereas, unanticipated revenue was received from the State of Colorado 1990 Severance Tax distribution,
Now therefore be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
- That the 1990 appropriation for the General Fund is hereby increased from $74,486 to $76,986 for the following purpose: Maintenace of Condition.
- That the 1990 appropriation for the Conservation Trust Fund is hereby increased from $4,900 to $6,200 for the following purpose: Capital Outlay.
