Resolution Number 89-07

A Resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.

Whereas,the receipt of unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy. And,

Whereas, unanticipated revenue was received from Bijou Republican Womens Club,

Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:

That the 1989 appropriation for the Conservation Trust Fund is hereby increased from $459 to $1,959 for the following purpose: Culture and Recreation.

Adopted this fifth day of July 1989.
