Resolution to appropriate a supplementary budget.
A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Whereas, the receipt of unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy. And
Whereas, unanticipated revenue was received from Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency,
Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
That the 1989 appropriation for the Water Fund is hereby increased from $1,000 to $9,000 for the following purpose: Capital Outlay.
