Resolution accepting proposal for preparation of Municipal Code
Whereas, by letter dated July 22, 1988, Helena Schultz, attorney at law, submitted a proposal to the Town of Deer Trail to prepare a Municipal Code for an enactment by the Town of Deer Trail, which letter is attached herein by this reference incorporated herein; and
Whereas, at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on August 2, 1988, said proposal was duly considered; and
Whereas, the Town of Deer Trail is in need of a comprehensive Municipal Code and said attorney is qualified to recommend and prepare such a code for the Town of Deer Trail;
Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees accepts the proposal of Helena Schultz to perform the work described in her letter of July 22, 1988, for the sum of $4,500.
The foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail at a regular meeting on August 2, 1988, by a vote of 4 - 0.
