Resolution to forgive debt and transference of equity.
A resolution forgiving a debt and transferring of equity relating to the water fund and to the sewer fund and:
Whereas, the Sewer Fund will forgive the debt which would be resolute in a one-time transfer of the Sewer Fund equity of $27,257.00 to the Water Fund, and;
Whereas, this transfer is due to the inability of the Water Fund to generate sufficient income to pay back the loan.
Adopted this 7th day of June A.D., 1988.
