Consent to Assignment
This consent is entered into this first day of December 1987 between the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado ("Lessor") and C & C Cable Co., doing business as Deer Trail Cable Co. ("Lessee").
Recitals
- Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease dated August 5, 1986, concerning the real property described therein.
- Lessee desires to assign all of its right, title and interest in and to said Lease to Tel events Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation.
- Paragraph 6 of said Lease requires the prior written consent of Lessor to the proposed assignment by Lessee.
Therefore, in consideration of the recitals and the mutual covenants and provisions contained herein, Lessee and Lessor agree as follows:
- Lessor hereby consents to the assignment by Lessee of the above-described Lease dated August 5, 1986, to Tel events Groups, Inc., a Nevada corporation.
- From and after the effective date of the assignment from Lessee to Tel events Group, Inc. of the above-described Lease, Tel events Group, Inc. shall be bound by all terms, covenants and conditions on the part of the Lessee to be performed under said Lease.

The undersigned Tel events Group, Inc., hereby accepts the assignment of the lease agreement August 5, 1986, and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions thereof to the extent allowed by law.
