Resolution Number 86-05
A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Whereas, the receipt of unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Whereas, unanticipated revenue was received from Intermountain Rural Electric Association, Deer Trail Elkettes and the Deer Trail Rodeo 5K Run and Bicycle Race,
Now, therefore be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
That the 1986 appropriation for the General Fund is hereby increased from $2,700 to $3,072 for the following purpose: Culture and Recreation.
