A resolution summarizing expenditures and revenues for each fund and adopting a budget for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado, for the calendar year beginning on the first day of January 1986, and ending of the last day of December 1986.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail has appointed Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon
and Co., Inc. to prepare and submit a proposed budget to said governing body at the proper time; and
Whereas, Oppenheim, Apple, Dixon and Co., Inc. has submitted a proposed budget to this governing body on September 20, 1985, for its consideration, and;
Whereas, upon due and proper notice, published or posted in accordance with the law, said proposed budget was open for inspection by the public at a designated place, a public hearing was held on October 1, 1985, and interested taxpayers were given the opportunity to file or register any objections to said proposed budget, and;
Whereas, whatever increases may have been made in the expenditures, like increases were added to the revenues so that the budget remains in balance, as required by law.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That estimated expenditures for each fund are as follows:
General Fund: $122,439
Water & Sewer Fund: $70,532
Roads & Streets Fund: $34,741
Capital Projects Fund: $20,000
Debt Service Fund: $0
Total Expenditures: $247,712
Section 2.
That estimated revenues for each fund are as follows:
General Fund

Sources other than general property tax: $22,576
General Property Tax levy: $18,894
Total General Fund: $127,470
Water and Sewer Fund
From unappropriated surpluses: $10,000
From sources other than general property tax: $70,532
General Property Tax levy: $0

Roads and Streets Fund
From unappropriated surpluses: $2,000
From sources other than general property tax: $34,741

Section 3.
That the budget as submitted, amended, and hereinabove summarized by fund, hereby is approved and adopted as the budget of the Town of Deer Trail for the year stated above.
