A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of The Town of Deer Trail Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 2004 appropriation for the General Fund is hereby increased by $11,000 for the purpose of paving Aspen Street from First Avenue to Second Avenue.
