Resolution Number 21-01

A resolution of the Town of Deer Trail designating three public places for the posting of public meetings of the Deer Trail Board of Trustees. 

Whereas, the Colorado Open Meetings Law requires that all meetings at which the adoption of any proposed Town policy or other formal action be held only after full and timely notice to the public; and 

Whereas, C.R.S. §24-6-402(2)(c) requires the Board of Trustees to designate a public place for posting notices of any such meetings; and 

Whereas, this designation must occur each calendar year at the first regular meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:

Section 1.

The Board of Trustees hereby designates the following as the public places for the posting of full and timely notice to the public within the Town of Deer Trail:

Town Hall, 555 Second Avenue, Deer Trail, CO
U.S. Post Office, 195 Date Street, Deer Trail, CO 
The Comer, 489 Fifth Avenue, Deer Trail, CO
