A resolution appointing Municipal Officers
Whereas, Colorado Revised Statute 31-4-304 provides that, after each regular election, the Board of Trustees shall appoint a clerk, treasurer, and town attorney.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado, that:
Section 1.
Candice Reed is hereby appointed as town clerk and treasurer.
Corey Hoffmann is hereby appointed as town attorney.
