A resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail approving the Annexation agreement for property commonly known as the East Bijou Ranch Estates.
Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail. as follows:
Section 1.
The Board of Trustees hereby approves the Annexation Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
