To appropriate sums of money.
A resolution appropriating sums of money to the various funds and departments in the amount and for the purpose as set forth below for the town of Deer Trail Colorado, for the 2015 budget year.
Whereas, the Deer Trail Town Board of Trustees has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget law on December 15, 2014; and,
Whereas, the Town Board of Trustees has made provision therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditures as set forth in said budget; and,
Whereas, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate the revenues provided in the budget to and for the purposes described below, thereby establishing a limitation on expenditures for the operations of the Town.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Deer Trail, Colorado Board of Trustees:
That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each fund to each fund, for purposes stated:
General Fund

Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $852
Total General Fund: $109,665
Water Fund
Current operating expenses: $75,760
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $35,690
Total Water Fund: $111,450
Sewer Fund
Current operating expenses: $83,360
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $45,090
Total Sewer Fund: $128,450
Conservation Trust Fund
Current operating expenses: $4,760
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service : $0
Total Conservation Trust Fund: $4,760
Arapahoe County Open Space Fund
Current operating expenses: $11,846
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
