A resolution appointing Municipal Officers
Whereas, Colorado Revised Statute 31-4-304 provides that, after each regular election, the Board of Trustees shall appoint a clerk, treasurer, and town attorney;
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
Section 1.
David Boyd & Jennifer Kunkle is hereby appointed as temporary town clerk and treasurer.
Corey Hoffmann is hereby appointed as town attorney.
