Resolution Number 13-05

A resolution appointing Municipal Officers

Whereas, Colorado Revised Statute 31-4-304 provides that, after each regular election, the Board of Trustees shall appoint a clerk, treasurer, and town attorney; and 

Whereas, the appointed attorney for the Town of Deer Trail was no longer available to serve the Town and the Town was in need of a replacement before the next regular election.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado that. 

Section 1

Corey Hoffmann is hereby appointed as town attorney.
