A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement with Arapahoe County.
Whereas, the Town of Deer Trail, hereinafter referred to as the "Town," wishes to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Arapahoe County, hereinafter referred to as the "County" regarding participation in the County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
The intergovernmental agreement between the Town and County regarding participation in the County's CDBG and HOME Partnership Programs is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such agreement accompanying this resolution.
Section 2.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the intergovernmental agreement between the Town and the County.
