Resolution Number 09-07

A resolution appropriating sums of money to the various funds and spending agencies, in the amount and for the purpose as set forth below for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado for the 2010 budget year. 

Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget law on December 1, 2009; and,

Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail has made provision therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditures as set forth in said budget; and,

Whereas, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate the revenues and reserves or
fund balances provided in the budget to and for the purposes described below, thereby establishing a limitation on expenditures for the operations of the Town of Deer Trail.

Now therefore be it resolved by the Town Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:

Section 1. 

That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each fund to each, fund for purpose stated. 

General Fund
Current operating expenses: $114,475
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total General Fund: $114,475

Water Fund
Current operating expenses: $69,129
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $15,951
Total Water Fund: $85,080

Sewer Fund
Current operating expenses: $69,232
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $36,768
Total Sewer Fund: $106,000

Conservation Trust Fund
Current operating expenses: $5,392
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total Conservation Trust Fund: $5,392

Arapahoe County Open Space Fund '
Current operating expenses: $11,055
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total Arapahoe County Open Space Fund: $11,055
