A resolution supporting the agreement between the Town of Deer Trail and the State Board of the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund.
Whereas, the Town of Deer Trail supports the completion of Deer Trail Rodeo Grounds Restrooms; and
Whereas, the Town of Deer Trail has received a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado to fund the Deer Trail Rodeo Grounds Restrooms.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado:
Section 1.
The Board of Trustees hereby authorizes Mayor Frank Fields to sign the grant agreement with Great Outdoors Colorado.
Section 2.
The Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds as necessary to meet the terms and obligations of the grant agreement and application.
Section 3.
This resolution to be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
