Resolution Number 08-02
A resolution supporting the Deer Trail Jockey Clubs Rodeo Grounds Restroom Project.
Whereas, the Town of Deer Trail is co-sponsoring the Deer Trail Jockey Club's Deer Trail Rodeo Grounds Restroom project.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado that:
Section 1.
The Town of Deer Trail Board of Trustees hereby supports the Deer Trail Jockey Club's Deer Trail Rodeo Grounds Restroom project.
Section 2.
The Deer Trail Jockey Club will be responsible for the annual maintenance cost of approximately $1,200 per year.
Section 3.
The restrooms will be located on property which will be under control of the Town of Deer Trail for at least 25 years.
