A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 2005 appropriation for the Water Fund is hereby increased by $50,000 for the purpose of loan payoff, line installation, and tank maintenance.
