A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 2004 appropriation for the Sewer Fund is hereby increased by $5,100 for the purpose of paying for an easement from the proposed wastewater treatment plant to East Bijou Creek.
