A resolution appropriating additional sums of money to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Whereas, funding from the source of carryover funds is available which was not anticipated for use at the time of adoption of the budget from any source other than the local government's property tax mill levy.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That the 2004 appropriation for the Conservation Trust Fund is hereby increased by $8,500 for the purpose of purchasing a new tractor, mower, and loader.
