A resolution appropriating sums of money to the various funds and departments in the amount and for the purpose as set forth below for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado for the 2003 budget year.
Whereas, the Deer Trail Town Board of Trustees has adopted the annual budget in accordance with the
Local Government Budget law on December 3, 2002; and,
Whereas, the Town Board of Trustees has made provision therein for revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditures as set forth in said budget; and,
Whereas, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate the revenues provided in the
budget to and for the purposes described below, thereby establishing a limitation on expenditures for the operations of the Town.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the Deer Trail, Colorado Town Board of Trustees:
That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each fund to each fund, for purposes stated:
General Fund
Current operating expenses: $93,060
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total General Fund: $93,060
Water Fund
Current operating expenses: $60,950
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $20,400
Total Water Fund: $81,350
Sewer Fund
Current operating expenses: $50,425
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total Sewer Fund: $50,425
Conservation Trust Fund
Current operating expenses: $7,020
Capital outlay: $0
Debt service: $0
Total Conservation Trust Fund: $7,020
