A resolution adopting the Town of Deer Trail Personnel Handbook.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado
Section 1.
The Town of Deer Trail Personnel Handbook dated April 2002, a copy of which accompanies this resolution, is hereby adopted and shall be the governing procedures for all personnel matters for the Town.
Section 2.
All prior employee or personnel handbooks, or policy manuals, with the exception of the Employee Grievance Policy adopted October 3, 1995, are superseded by the Town of Deer Trail Personnel Handbook.
