A resolution approving the Deer Trail Comprehensive Plan
Whereas, on July 25, 2000, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail held a
public hearing on the proposed "Deer Trail Comprehensive Plan," notice of which was provided to the public; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees wishes to approve said Comprehensive Plan, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
The Deer Trail Comprehensive Plan, including the maps and descriptive and other matters described, is hereby approved as the master plan for the physical development of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Section 2.
Certified copies of the Comprehensive Plan shall be filed with the Clerk and Recorder of Arapahoe County, and with each governmental body operating within the territory encompassed by the Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3.
Existing resolutions or motions, or parts of resolutions or motions, covering the same matters as embraced in this resolution are hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent any proceedings pursuant to any resolution or motion herein repealed prior to the effective date of this resolution.
