AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2-70(b)(3)(a) OF THE DEER TR.\.IL MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY ALLOWED USES CONSIDERED BY SPECIAL REVIEW

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees desires to expand the consideration of some uses allowed by Special Review in Commercial districts; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF DEER TRAIL. COLORADO. THAT:

Section 1.       The Deer Trail Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of the following language to section 2-70(b)(3)(a):

Commercial uses and professional services deemed to be of similar impact as those that are permitted principal uses. Considered Special Review Uses may include uses that arc similar to, but with lesser impacts than, those allowed in the Warehouse/Industrial District (WI).

Section 2. Repealer. All acts, orders. resolutions, ordinances, or parts thereof. of the Town that arc inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance arc hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency or conflict.

Section 3. Recording and Authentication. Immediately upon its passage, this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Town of Deer Trail Book of Ordinances kept for that purpose. authenticated by the signatures of the May or and Clerk shall be published as required by law.

Section4.   Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final publication.
