ORDINANCE 306
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION 8TH AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF DEER TRAIL, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Pursuant to C.R.S. § 43-2-303, the Town of Deer Trail hereby vacates that portion of 8th Avenue, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Vacated Property").
Section 2.

Title is hereby vested to the Property Owner of 805 Cedar Street, Deer Trail
Section 3. Repealer. All acts, orders, resolutions, ordinances, or parts thereof, of the Town that are inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency or conflict.
Section 4. Recording andAuthentication. Immediately upon its passage, this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Town of Deer Trail Book of Ordinances kept for that purpose, authenticated by the signatures of the Mayor and Clerk, shall be published as required by law.
Section 5.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after

TRUSTEE RHODES SECONDED THE MOTION TO REVACATE ALL OF THE SECTION OF grH AVE BETWEEN CEDAR & DATE STREET TO 805 CEDAR ST; TRUSTEE Lamont SECONDED
