An Ordinance for the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the successful protest of recall petitions.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
Reimbursement be made to four (4) incumbent officeholders for expenses of $ 1,651.82 incurred in the successful protest of sufficiency of recall petitions determined insufficient 11-12-93.
This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after publication.

Ordinance 185 is here by declared null and void due to a conflict-of-interest vote. By Order of the Mayor, Stanley R. Bell, on this tenth Day of February 1994.
