An ordinance designating an emergency response authority for hazardous substance incidents occurring within the corporate limits of the Town of Deer Trail.
Whereas, pursuant to 29-22-102 (3) (a), C.R.S., the governing body of every town shall designate by ordinance an emergency response authority for hazardous substance incidents occurring within the corporate limits of such town,
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
That the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department is the designated response authority for hazardous substance incidents with all powers pursuant to such statutory authority within the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
