An Ordinance providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 157 regarding the water security deposit requirement.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
Ordinance No. 157 dated March 23, 1982, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Security Deposit Requirements:
- New customers will be required to a pay a one-time security deposit, based on number of units to be served, as follows:
first unit: $50.00
each additional unit: $50.00 - The security deposit will be held until the account is closed and paid in full, at which time the deposit will be refunded.
This ordinance shall take effect September 1, 1993.
