An Ordinance providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 156 concerning the licensing of dogs.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado enacted Ordinance No. 180 on October 6, 1981, relating to and regulating dogs.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
- The charges for licenses issued by the Town of Deer Trail for dogs shall be:
Male: $10.00
Male, unsexed: $5.00
Female: $10.00
Female, unsexed: $5.00
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1993.
