An ordinance amending ordinance No. 148 and No. 157 regarding residential water services and rates.
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that Section 29, Part A 1, is hereby amended to read:
Section 29. Water Service Charges and Fees.
- Rate Schedule:
- Residential User: For each dwelling unit served by a meter:
monthly minimum service charge: $8.00 plus the following charge for water used: $.70 per 1,000 gallons.
- Residential User: For each dwelling unit served by a meter:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect May 1, 1989.
