An ordinance of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado providing consent to the transfer and assignment of the community antennae television system nonexclusive revocable permit from C&C Cable Company, doing business as Deer Trail Cable company to Television Group Inc.
Be it ordained by the Town Board of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Section 1.
In consideration of Televents Group, Inc. undertaking to perform, be bound by, and observe all the terms and conditions of the community antennae television system nonexclusive revocable permit granted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado as set forth in the ordinance adopted by said Board of Trustees on April 8, 1986, which ordinance is now recorded in the ordinance books of the Town of Deer Trail as Ordinance No. 167, the Town of Deer Trail hereby consents to the transfer and assignment of said nonexclusive revocable permit pursuant to Section X of said Ordinance No. 167, from C & C Cable Company, also doing business as Deer Trail Cable Company, to Televents Group, Inc., provided, however, that said consent to transfer and assignment is contingent upon the closing of the sales agreement between said parties.
Section 2.
If any section, paragraph, sentence clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held illegal, invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the of the remaining portions of the ordinance, it being the intentions of Televents Group, Inc., in accepting same and the Town Board of Trustees in enacting same that each section, paragraph, sentence clause and phrase is to be severable.
Section 3.
All acts, orders, resolutions, ordinances, or parts thereof, of the Town that are inconsistent or in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency or conflict.
Section 4.
Immediately upon its passage, this ordinance shall be recorded in the Town Book of Ordinances kept for that purpose, authenticated by the signatures of the Mayor and Town Clerk, and shall be published as required by law.

The undersigned, Televents Group, Inc., hereby accepts the transfer and assignment of the CATV nonexclusive revocable permit and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 167 to the extent allowed by law.
