Ordinance Number 169

An ordinance providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 157 and 168 regarding the Water Tap Charge. 

Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that: 

1. Ordinance Number 157 dated March 23, 1982, and Ordinance No. 168 dated June 12, 1986, are hereby amended to read as follows:
   
   Section 29. Water Service Charges and Fees.
   
   Tapping Fees:
   for each 5/8" or 3/4" tap: $550.00
   for each 1" tap: $600.00
   for each 1-1/4" tap: $650.00
   for each 1-1/2" tap: $750.00
   for each 2" tap: $1,050.00
   larger than 2" tap: negotiated

The Town at its expense will furnish all labor and materials to make the connection to the main and install the service line to the curb stop.
