The amendment of Ordinance Number 157 regarding t water tap charge. Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
- Ordinance No. 157 dated March 23, 1982, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 29. Water Service Charges and Fees.
Tapping Fees:
for each 5/8" or 3/4" tap: $550.00
The Town at its expense will furnish all labor and materials to make the connection to the main and install the service line to the curb stop.
