An ordinance declaring certain property surplus and authorizing the sale thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
The following described property, to-wit: A Tract or Parcel of ground located in Arapahoe County, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
- Beginning at a point 30 feet east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 12 1Township 5 South, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M., thence easterly 354 feet, thence south 823 feet to the northeast line of State Highway No. 40, thence north along the north right-of-way line of Highway 40, 552 feet westerly to a point 30 feet east of the west line of Section 12, thence north 400 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning, is hereby declared surplus and no longer needed for any town purpose and shall be sold to the highest responsible bidder.
The Town Clerk is hereby authorized to advertise for bids thereon, minimum bid $1,000.00 110% cash or certified funds to accompany each bid, transfer to be by quitclaim deed. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
