An Ordinance providing for the amendment of Ordinance No.127 concerning the Licensing of Dogs.
Whereas, The Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado enacted Ordinance No. 127 on June 19, 1971, relating to and regulating dogs.
Now, therefore be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of truisms of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that:
- The charges for licenses issued by the Town of Deer Trail for dogs shall be:
Male: $2.00
Female, spayed: $2.00
Female, unspayed: $3.00
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in effect January 1, 1982.
