An ordinance providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 148 to change the monthly service charge and sewer rates of said ordinance concerning the water and sewer services for the Town of Deer Trail.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado enacted Ordinance No. 148 on October 3, 1978, providing for the administration enforcement, rate and fee setting, and amendment of the water services for the Town.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado that;
- Residential. The monthly service charge on a residential tap shall be $5.00 regardless of the amount of water used.
- Commercial. The monthly service charge on a commercial tap shall be $6.00 regardless of the amount of water used.
- Sewer. The monthly sewer service charge shall be as follows:

| Car Wash | $6.00 |
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in effect after passage and publication in the Tr-County Tribune.
