A resolution authorizing the mayor of Deer Trail to negotiate with Farmers Home administration and other lenders for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed water project for the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees has by resolution authorized Mayor James W. Rossi to negotiate with Farmers Home Administration and other lenders for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed water project.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail Colorado.
That the Board of Trustees shall consider the proposed water project: Construction of new eight-inch water mains and 100,000-gallon water storage tank.
That Mayor James W. Rossi is given authorization to negotiate with Farmers Rae Administration and other lenders for the purpose of obtaining financing for the proposed water project.
