An ordinance prohibition the unauthorized use of the Deer Trail Dump and the penalty therefore be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado:
Whereas: The Deer Trail dump is provided by the taxes paid by Deer Trail property owners.
Now therefore be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Deer Trail, Colorado
Section I
It shall be unlawful for anyone to use the Deer Trail dump who is not a resident of Deer Trail, Colorado.
Section II
Any person found guilty of violation of Section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Section III
An emergency exists due to the need to preserve the public health, safety and welfare, necessitating that this ordinance became effective immediately upon its passage.
