An Ordinance relating to the Abandonment of Streets.
Be it ordained and enacted by the governing body of the Town of Deer Trail, State of Colorado.
Section I
That the street between Blocks 23 and 24, Burton's First Addition to the Town of Deer Trail be and is cloded and abandoned.
Section II
That ownership in said street revert to the adjacent owners as provided by statute.
Section III
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the sixth day of June 1972.
Passed and approved by the Town Council on the 6th day of June 1972
